78% of globally gathered respondents reported feeling more stressed due to the global pandemic (Americal Psychological Association). And according to Harvard Medical School, poor mental health results in 50% of job leave.
But Mindletic is seeking to cure that.
After studying psychology with the main focus on subjective well-being and scaling Human Resource teams, Ieva Vaitkevičiūtė (@LinkedIn) participated at the Global Hack last year. Among more than 15,000 participants, Mindletic won 2nd place. Her vision - predict & prevent emotional imbalance.
Fast forward to today, Mindletic is helping innovative companies such as Vinted, Swedbank, KPMG to increase their emotional resilience towards sustainable living and lower costly employee turnover.
