How Bulgarian Startup founder Eva Vucheva is empowering producers to reduce their environmental footprint
plus Romania is a great place to retire
Hello from the Texan living in Romania,
In this issue: Romania is a great place to retire, my hilarious chat with Eva Vucheva from Impakt ID, calling Ukrainian Moms, and more!
Romania is a great place to retire
Based on a study (see article), Romania is number 12 in the ranking out of 50 destinations as the best place to retire.
Here's why:
- relatively low cost of living
- English is widely spoken
- Visas and residency permits are not complicated to get
- yearly temperatures average a comfortable 12.8 degrees celsius
- outside of city centers are fairytale landscapes and endless forests
Other things I love about living here...
🏞 the parks in Bucharest are absolutely amazing! Lots of shade, playgrounds, activities. Every day me and the kids are at Floreasca park and often visit other parks on the weekends.
🥗 lots of outdoor restaurant and cafes. With the weather being so nice throughout much of the year, it's great to have so many places where you can dine and get fresh air at the same time. Think Sera Eden and Gradina Floreasca.
Innovators Can Laugh
In a world in which we over-produce, over-consume, and dispose of things with ease, how can we empower consumers and producers to reduce their environmental footprint through business intelligence?
In this hilarious episode I chat with Eva Vucheva, founder of Impakt ID – a business intelligence tool that combines material impact research, product data and statistical modeling to turn generic product information into actionable data. Eva, is also the co-founder of Contento.tech – a crowd-based content generation platform that helps businesses grow faster and expand to new markets without the high risk of hiring and managing a dedicated content team. Funny, but true. Early in my career I was in the left lane. But once I moved over to the right, that’s when success and happiness started to take off 🚀

Hi Everyone! What a busy week. Did I mention I went to the kids circus with my son and his school classmates?
