How does someone with autism….
How does someone with autism….
Yep, a person who generally has difficulty with transitions.
Hold many different careers living in 9 countries and then launches a startup that treats brain injury using virtual reality?
Here’s my thoughts:
- Extremely intelligent
- Can easily work 14 hours without a break
- There are super powers of being a founder with autism
These are some of the things I tried to get to the bottom of during the next episode of ICL with Faviola Brugger of Neuro Reality.

A Symphony of Cyber Snares
Part 3 of our Cyber Security series 🕵️♂️
Greetings, digital warriors! Ready for another tale from the tech trenches?
Picture a lively start-up buzzing with innovation. Unbeknownst to them, they are about to face a complex web of cyber attacks.
It begins with an innocent-looking email, a 'phishing' bait, hooking one unsuspecting employee. They click on a link, unwittingly downloading malicious software onto their computer.
Meanwhile, the company's social media manager receives a text message – a 'smishing' attack. The text, seemingly from their service provider, tricks them into revealing a crucial password. The cybercriminals now have a foot in the door.
Capitalizing on these successes, the criminals initiate a 'spear-phishing' attack, impersonating the CEO in an email to the finance department. The email requests an urgent fund transfer to a new vendor – the criminals' account.
And voila! Using a series of innovative social engineering techniques, the cybercriminals infiltrate the startup's network, secure critical passwords, and manipulate their finance department into transferring funds.
Our armor against these layered threats? A culture of suspicion and verification. Challenge unsolicited communications, verify requests via different channels, and double-check before clicking on any link. As the guardians of our digital domains, we must stay sharp and remain vigilant. To victory in the cyber battle, friends!

Questions to ponder…
🤔 What might I do to accomplish my 5-year goal in 6-months, if a gun was up against my head? (Tim Ferriss)
This is a question I revisit monthly. If you are running a business or trying to accomplish any personal goal, it is easy to get side tracked by the minutiae. However, when you condense the timeline, you become hyper focused on what matters most.
❔ If I could only work 2 hours per day on income producing activities, what would I focus on?
The ultimate productivity prompt and the first question I ask myself every morning. By asking yourself this question you will be able to eliminate the nonessential things and leave only what matters most.
🧹 What if the only way to add to my life was to subtract from it? What would be the first 1–2 things that I would remove?
I should revisit this question more often to make sure that I am not just adding to my life as a way to get more out of it. Big things I removed recently: Twitter, 2 sugar cubes in my coffee (just add 1 now), a couple of newsletters. I have realized that the fewer things that I own; the happier I become.
Same idea, different design

The End
Me and the family had a wonderful time this past week as we spent a few days at the Balvanyos Resort. This place has a lovely indoor spa, cool Gastro restaurant on the premises, some hiking trails, and bears. That’s right, bears! 🐻
We saw them as we were driving to/from the resort. Too cute, almost wanted to get out of my car and go pet them.
Probably my favorite part of the trip was the hike to the Sfanta Ana Lake - a volcanic lake a few kilometers down the road. The hike from the parking lot was about 30 minutes, but was very enjoyable.
🚗 If you are in Bucharest, what long weekend trips do you recommend?
Cheers!
