January, you were a tough one

Headaches - Wins – losses 🤕
Headaches:
The big headache last month was not having much time to execute. Out of a possible 17 days my kids could have been at school, both or one of them were home 13 of those days because of being sick or surgery. (surgery went well)
Other headaches include:
▶ Experiencing delays for the domain authentication for my new site – b2bpodpros
▶ Experiencing a payment issue with Stripe where the amount received was different than the invoice amount which led to a delay in actually getting the money transferred and being able to pay the b2b podcasters on time
💪 Wins to celebrate: One of our sponsors decided to renew and do a quarterly sponsorship with us! This is actually more exciting than landing a new client as it proves our service is driving high quality traffic and leads for them.
🚀 Other wins:
▶ Welcomed a new podcaster to the b2b podcast community – Joe Sweeney
▶ Brought on an awesome assistant to help me with my podcast production and newsletter distribution - Manali B.
😞 Losses
▶ Two proposals sent, but didn’t convert
▶ Delay in getting new site launched
▶ Still have yet to authenticate domain so emails from the new site are landing in spam folder when testing
Personal Note:
↳ I took a skillshare course to learn how to use Davinci Resolve. Expect to see more videos from me
↳ My son, wife, and I got Covid and we had the usual symptoms but are now getting better
↳ I was a guest on Linda M.'s, podcast and also interviewed by Corina Leslie for Thrive Global
Okay, with the kids back in school, can I actually get some real momentum going with my new b2b podcast media network? 🤔

The End
Now that the kids are back in school, I am making the most of it. I am working on a referral campaign (tackling my personal network) which has resulted in a few scheduled calls with potential sponsors (Yay!!). In addition, I launched a google ads campaign and am working on a case study that I can share.
See post - after moving to 3 different cities.
I also had great interviews with Adriana Tica and Michael Kamleitner and an awesome monthly meetup for my b2b podcasters group where we discussed the various tools we are using for our podcast distribution and ChatGPT.
To kickin butt when the kids are at school!
