Where is the best place to insert a podcast ad?
Let me explain.
There are 3 ad places:
▶ Pre-Roll: take place at the beginning of a podcast episode.
▶ Mid-Rolls: take place in the middle.
▶ Post-Roll: come in after the episode is over
Which one will my ad most likely get heard and not get skipped over?
▶ Pre-Roll: average completion rate of around 78%
▶ Mid-Rolls: Mid-roll ads have the highest completion rates at around 90%, since audiences are already invested in their show or video and want to continue it to the end (by “completion”, we mean watching or listening to an ad all the way through
▶ Post-Roll: average completion rate of around 65%
Ad Cost:
▶ Pre-Roll: more than post-roll, less than mid-roll
▶ Mid-Rolls: most expensive
▶ Post-Roll: least expensive

Worst part is, I have an LLC in both the States and Romania. So I have to deal with the possibility of going to prison in both places! 👮♂️
The End
The juggling kids and work saga never ends! My daughter is home from school, yet again, because the school nurse says she’s coughing a lot and is asking for a Doctor’s note before she can return. The funny thing is - she isn’t coughing at home at all! 🤷♂️
I also found out I have some hearing loss in my right year as I still have this ringing sound. God, when will this sound ever go away?
This week I am working on an influencer campaign on behalf of a client and negotiating a few deals with some Instagram influencers. I’m also sending a couple of podcast advertising proposals to potential sponsors and experimenting with teaser episodes like this one.
