Innovators Can Laugh
Why would a highly respected engineer at Microsoft who enjoys her job and the people she works with, go and launch a startup?
For 5+ years, Anastasia Staniloiu worked as a technical engineer and consultant for Microsoft. And then in Jan-23, she co-launched Witanalytica - a company that provides analytics strategic consulting and architect data solutions.
In this conversation we chat about why she left a promising career for the high risk of launching a startup, her favorite tools that any startup can use for clean reporting, and LinkedIn strategies for service based businesses.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🎃🥧
Ever hide a dish because you wanted to keep it all to yourself and not share with your relatives? I’m sorry to say I am guilty of this, lol. 😂
Back in Houston when my family would come over for Thanksgiving, I would hide the Flying Saucer strawberry n’ cream pie and offer my cousins my aunt’s fruit salad.
I’m building a biz where….
I’m building a business where life comes first.
One where I don’t have to…
▶ ask for time off
▶ attend lots of meetings
▶ deal with difficult people
▶ read and respond to lots of internal emails
When it comes to being a solopreneur..
It’s liberating to have autonomy and control over your time.

This has been a productive week as I’m executing a Reddit/influencer campaign on behalf of a client, had two podcast interviews plus I was a guest on one, working on a potential long-term sponsorship deal for the podcasters in my network, and it’s Thanksgiving!
To a wonderful weekend coming up 👊
