Ever thought about staying in a ‘Tiny House’? Found in the village of Armenis, Banat, this MuMA Hut is a one-bedroom cabin ideal for a two person outing. Take treks through the Tarcu mountains or visit the bison reservation nearby.
Or, have you ever wanted to stay in an igloo? Take a city break and enjoy a romantic getaway enjoying the stary sky and breathtaking view of the mountains of the Valea Prahovei. Accomodation is as luxurious as it gets with the smell of spruce tips and hot bath.
Did you ever dreamt of having a tree house as a kid? What if you could make that dream a reality? Found in the heart of a small forest in Porumbacu de sus, only 14 km away from the famous Transfagarasan mountain road, this is a wonderful opportunity for a family to become one with nature. Access to a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and bicycles to make it an unforgettable family outing.
Oh wait, did I fail to mention that you can find these experiences and more one-of-a-kind retreats at Epicvisits.com? Learn more about this wonderful startup and Raluca Jianu’s story (@LinkedIn) in our latest show.
Oh, and of course I didn’t forget…
As mentioned during the last show, here are some things that my team and I have tried implementing to grow Bonjoro along with a score from 1 to 10 based on results.
Other Growth Tactics we’ve implemented in 2021 so far:
CXL course promotion and launch (6/10):we built a course around our product (Bonjoro) with marketing course company CXL. We had a few hiccups with the launch being delayed which affected course sign-ups, but I think long-term this will be an incredible retention asset. This gets a 6 because new leads from it so far have been lower than expected, but we have dozens of current trials and new customers getting signed up and I expected it will be a great retention tool.
Joro the consulting bear (0/10): Casey had this genius idea that because he does consulting on the side, he would try to merge his worlds and answer business questions for free in a bear suit and send their answers via Bonjoros to showcase the product. Well, it turns out, price signals quality and “free consultations” are not that exciting. It only took a day or so to build the LP, but it got a grand total of ONE person who opted in.
Podcasts (10/10): We stopped seeking out podcasts in a structured way in 2021 as we tried new levers and yet they are still our #3 attribution source under Mixpanel which is insane. Last year they brought in $250k ARR and I suspect to get close to a million in all time revenue from pods by the end of 2021. The long-tail effect here is remarkable.
Integrations (10/10): Our integrations partners continue to be our #2 growth lever and we get hundreds of leads from our partners each month. This is a core part of the Bonjoro offering, so it makes sense, but we plan to try and continue to expand our native integrations to more systems.
