Innovators Can Laugh
🇵🇱 In this episode I chat with Alexander Lukashow, a tech-savvy entrepreneur turned managing partner of CleanWhale. In this conversation Aleksander shares:
invaluable strategies for successful business expansion
the significance of delegation in business operations
the importance of not handling everything personally
the effectiveness of Facebook and Google ads, as well as search engine optimization (SEO)

5 things I did to grow my podcast by 50% this season
Here’s what I’ve done differently to grow my audience:
▶ don’t publish episodes where there is no laughing (the show’s gotta live up to its name) 😂
▶ add a hook (a short clip at the very beginning) that’s either provocative, funny, or interesting enough to draw listeners in
▶ schedule a daily post on the Innovators Can Laugh - The Fun Startup Podcast page where I post a clip or info about a previous episode
▶ upload episodes onto YouTube - I now upload entire video interviews onto the platform. Without trying much, views on YouTube now account for around 20-40% of total podcast interview views.
▶ only interview founders I’m interested in - just being a European startup founder is no longer enough. I’m only inviting guests I’m keen to learn more about and am interested in getting to know. This has made a huge difference.
To keep moving forward and testing new things 👊

Investment Readiness Guide
If you are thinking about seeking investment for your startup, then this is for you.
My buddy Plamen Ivanov has put together a handbook designed to serve as a DIY companion for early-stage startups.
It provides essential guidance across two distinct blocks, covering the fundamentals of fundraising needs, materials, investment rounds, terms, investor types, relationship-building, investment processes, and post-investment strategies.
With this handy guide, you can achieve investment readiness. Get the FREE download here.
The End
This past weekend we went with some friends to Sibiu and Sighisoara. These are beautiful towns in Transylvania known for their medieval architecture and also the home where Vlad Dracula was born. 🦇
This is me in front of the “fairy tale house” that is about 40 minutes outside of Sibiu. Highly recommend since it sits alongside the Calendar theme park which is a must visit if you have kids.
On the work side of things, I’m happy to report that we received two podcast sponsorship proposals for two European based SaaS companies and two new B2B podcasters have joined the Innovators Can Laugh podcast media network. 🎀
Have a fabulous weekend and feel free to let me know how you are doing or if you have any feedback regarding the newsletter.
