Based on downloads, below are the top episodes of 2024. Note, top downloads don’t necessarily mean these were my favorite. For example, Jake Kitchiner’s story about a silly thing he did to save money was the funniest I ever heard. My conversation with Claudia Cafeo about community building, was like getting a masterclass. So many good nuggests. And my conversation with Tom Hunt about the 10 different businesses he launched and failed was eye opening.

What I’m working on
🚀 In addition to working on B2B PodPros, I recently partnered with an 18yr old Romanian developer. He’s put a together a product that ALL podcasters will love and currently doesn’t exist in the market. Currently I am putting together the go-to-market strategy and plan to release the first version in Jan.
🤖 I hired a few AI Agents recently to help me with SEO, backlink research, conversion optimization, and other stuff. See post.
✍️ I recently launched a new newsletter called PodInfluence. It’s more about my podcaster community, podcast advertising insights, and other things I’ve learned while growing the agency. Check it out here.
👉 Now that I’ve automated a lot of the processes for B2B PodPros and plan on bringing on a virtual assistant to help manage some admin stuff, that leaves a lot of time on my hands.
